duty housing that have been made
famous in NASCAR racing. These housings
are available in lightweight versions
for weight conscious competitors,
standard steel units, and stainless
steel units.
All Track 9 Housings, except the Ultra-Lite (92930) have close fit 7" deep sockets for positioning of the popular 3" axle tubes. The "fish mouth" sockets are reinforced with internal gussets to assure precision alignment and maximum strength.
Housings and covers are formed from high tensile (High Form 50/Spec A715) steel. This material is 39.9% stronger than conventional 1010 low carbon steel and used in all Track 9 products, except the Chromoly (92940) and Stainless Steel (92960).
