Description:
Bolt-in F9 fabricated 9" one ton frontend assembly for the 1997-2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ and LJ Unlimited vehicles with a 1" body lift! Package includes the complete housing with the Hi-Form 50 steel housing center, 3"x.375" wall d.o.m. steel tubes, 1 ton inner knuckles, and all new heavy duty Currie Jeep TJ suspension brackets mounted with Johnny Joint® equipped upper control arm mounts for maximum articulation. Axles shafts are the Currie performance 4340 35 spline inner and outer with Spicer 1480 u-joints. Outer assemblies include 1 ton outer knuckles featuring Currie upper steering arm and ball joints installed, 1 ton unit bearings with 5 on 5 1/2" wheel bolt pattern, 13" vented rotors, Jeep JK calipers, zinc plated caliper brackets, and optional Currie drive flanges or Warn premium manual locking hubs. Steering is included and features our heavy duty 1 1/4" o.d. 4130 chrome moly tie rod and drag link tubes with tie rod ends, custom adjustors, and heavy duty clamps. Finishing off the package is the adjustable length Johnny Joint® trac bar, heavy duty trac bar relocation bracket, trac bar relocation bracket brace, and brace bracket. Additional parts needed to complete this unit are a 9" high or low pinion 3rd. member, and assembly of the unit! Housing comes bare metal, all other parts finished in either semi-gloss black powder coat or zinc plating. All hardware and complete installation instructions are included. NOTES: This unit is 64" wide. This unit requires the use of 17" wheels.
