Kent Anderson - Wholesale Accounts Manager
Kent Anderson

Enthusiasm for cars and motorcycles began at an early age for Kent, which led to riding moto-cross bikes and building-up a ’71 Camaro while in High School. After High School, Kent worked part-time as a mechanic at Dick Guldstrand Engineering (GM Corvette & Camaro specialist), while attending the University of Southern California (4 years). Later, he transferred to California State University, Fullerton, where he received his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration (emphasis in marketing). Upon graduation, Kent worked as the Western Regional Sales Manager for Rancho Suspension (a Tenneco company). He has since been the Manager of the West Coast Distribution Center for Tenneco Brake, received his ASE certification in auto and HD truck braking systems, and was the District Sales Manager (15 Western states) for Tenneco Brake (auto and HD truck). In 1995, Tenneco wanted Kent to move to Seattle. Having grown up in So. CA, and finding it a great base from which to visit Moab, UT, Glamis Dunes and the local mountains, and being very familiar with Currie products and the Currie’s, since they were all in the same “Regroupers 4WD Club”, Kent then interviewed with the Currie’s and has been at Currie Enterprises since 1995. Kent’s automotive performance enthusiasm has continued over the years and switches between street and off-road as evidenced by his build-up of a ‘68 Ford Bronco (featured in 4WD & SU Magazine) and a 351W EFI/AOD ’76 Bronco which won the “Peoples Choice” award (of 400 Bronco’s) at the Bronco 30th Anniversary. Other projects included a ’91 Mustang 5.0 LX coupe with nitrous, another with a Vortech supercharger, and yet another with a twin turbo, 6-speed, and Griggs/Baer components. He then owned the ’04 Jeep Unlimited “Currie Grappler” and added a Kenne Bell supercharger, and then a ’06 Pontiac GTO with twin turbo’s. His current “projects” include a Magnuson supercharged Jeep JKU with Currie F9 front and rearends, and a Roush supercharged 2016 Mustang GT.
