Terms and Policies

Price, terms, and policies herein supersede all previous quotations and are subject to change without notice. Cash, certified check, money order, Visa and MasterCard accepted. Company checks are acceptable for approved accounts only. All shipments are F.O.B. our factory in Corona, Ca. Special packaging and handling may incur additional charges. Custom orders or custom work done on customer parts that are not picked up at the Currie facility within 30 days of the fulfillment of the order are subject to a $1.00 per day daily storage fee that must be paid before goods will be relinquished to the customer. After 60 days, all orders will be restocked and 85% of all monies paid to Currie Enterprises will be refunded to the customer. After 60 days, all parts will be recycled. Currie ships via all major shipping carriers, including but not limited to, UPS, FedEx, and Old Dominion. Shipping times vary per product; please call for estimated lead times. We do not ship with signature required. Web orders only ship within contiguous 48 states but standard phone orders can ship to all states and international.

 

Warranty

Currie Enterprises (Currie) warranties, to the original purchaser, all items manufactured by Currie to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1 (One) year from the delivery date on the invoice. Any alteration or improper use will void this warranty. Because all parts which we sell are intended for use in heavy-duty applications, it is not possible to warranty or guarantee the performance of any items. Further, we disclaim any liability for action resulting from failure or parts durability. We disclaim any express or implied warranties. Our products may be subject to an infinite variety of conditions due to the manner in which they are used, serviced, and/or installed. Purchasers and users of such products rely upon their own judgment as to the suitable use, selection, service, and installation of such products. This warranty does not cover damage caused by or facilitated by failure of non-Currie components. This warranty and Currie shall not be liable for any agreements or representations made by dealers or resellers of Currie products beyond what is stated here.

This warranty is non-transferable. Currie Enterprises limit of liability under this warranty is to repair or replace the product at Currie’s option. Consequential costs such as, but not limited to labor fees, loss of use, loss of revenue, loss of time, towing fees, or freight charges are not covered. Any product that has been abused, altered, incorrectly installed, or used in competition is not covered. Nothing in this warranty is intended to be a representation by Currie that drivetrain failures cannot occur.

 

Warranty Procedure

Contact your Currie dealer or Currie Enterprises about the problem prior to removing any part from the vehicle. If it appears that the part is warrantable, you will be given a Return Authorization (RA) Number and asked to return the part to Currie, freight prepaid. If the part is found to be warrantable, it will be repaired or replaced and returned to you. All freight charges are the customer’s responsibility. If a replacement part is needed before the part in question can be returned, you must first purchase the replacement part. Then, if the part in question is deemed warrantable, you will be credited / refunded.
