The Currie 44 performance axle is a direct bolt-in solution that reduces the overall cost by enabling you to retain the complete stock Bronco outer knuckle and hub assemblies (brakes, hubs, etc.) and stock wheel bolt pattern.

Built to the legendary Currie Standard, Featuring:

Currie 44 high-pinion nodular iron center section features 14 lbs of reinforcement over a stock 44 with thicker walls and webbing to deliver superior strength and rigidity

Large 3-inch diameter .375 wall axle tubes (left) are more than twice as strong as the stock axle tubes (right) without being overweight

Currie heavy duty forged inner knuckles (right) are massively stronger than the stock knuckles (left) and are designed for severe off-road use with up to 37” tall tires

Currie Performance 4340 chromoly axles with larger 760 series u-joints, provides superior end-to-end strength over the OEM carbon steel axle with 260 series u-joints

Shock mounts are one-piece construction with integrated skid plates for improved strength

Rock-proof Currie nodular iron front cover protects expensive internals and adds structural support to the housing's face flange

Powder Coat   Black satin powder coat finish adds long-lasting protection against rust and corrosion to keep your Currie 44 looking its best

Notes

Pinion Yoke:  The Currie 44 is equipped with a 1310 series pinion yoke for compatibility with the stock driveshaft.

Outer Knuckle Assemblies: The Currie 44 is designed to reuse the complete stock Bronco outer knuckle assemblies from inner "C" out (knuckles, hubs, disk brake calipers, and rotors)

Overall Width: Axle width is 59.0inches (stock width) between wheel mounting surfaces

Vehicle Lift: Due to variations between model years, a vehicle lift may be required for proper clearance.

Tire Size: Recommended maximum 37-inch tire size due to the inherent limitations of the stock brakes, wheel bearings, and axle u-joints
